On/Brand is a workshop that explores how branding tools and frameworks can help build self-sustainability and resiliency in a creative career.
Charting and navigating a career as a professional creative can be a challenge, especially at the start. Self-sustainability and resiliency—understanding your own goals, strengths and limitations, and your ability to rebound from setbacks—are critical tools for the journey. On/Brand is designed to help students and emerging creatives develop these tools in order to thrive in their chosen careers. Through an exploration of simple brand strategy and development frameworks, On/Brand takes participants through exercises, discussions and activities to help them consider, create and activate their own ‘professional compass.’
On/Brand is a scalable workshop that can be configured as a three hour program for classroom sized groups that can also include individual follow ups and mentoring, or as a condensed talk for larger conference-sized audiences.
